Chocochips Muffin
2 1/2 cup cake flour
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup of milk
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Step 1 - Preheat oven 400 degree Fahrenheit (205 degree Celcius)
Step 2 - Stir all the first four dry ingredients. Cake flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Step 3 - On a separate bowl, stir four wet ingredients. Milk, butter, eggs and vanilla.
Step 4 - Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Then stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
Step 5 - Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes.

Pandesal
1/4 cup warm water ( at least 110 degrees fahrenheit)
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp shortening
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg (optional)
Step 1 - Activate Yeast. Dissolve 1 1/2 tsp yeast in warm water 110 degree fahrenheit with 1 tsp sugar.
Step 2 - Combine all ingredients except for breadcrumbs. Knead in low speed or by hand.
Step 3 - Transfer dough on lightly grease bowl with cover and let it rest until double in size.
Step 4 - Punch the dough, divide into two and form a log and cut into desire size. Roll each into breadcrumbs. And let it rest for another 30 minutes to 1 hour. Then bake into 350 degree fahrenheit (175 degree celcius) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
